The process of our designs

We work hard to minimize the risk of errors in our designs. When we complete a pattern, we have a group of test knitters who test our patterns. After we receive feedback from our test knitters and revise our patterns, we publish our patterns.

Any errors in pattern

Although the patterns are carefully test knit and proofread before publication, mistakes can naturally occur. If you think there is an error in one of our patterns, please write to support@woolnwonder.se and we will investigate and then ensure that any errors are corrected as soon as possible.

If you want help with a pattern

We primarily refer to our instructional videos on YouTube and our website.

Should you still need help, send an email to: support@woolnwonder.se and we will respond as soon as we can. We also advise that you can ask for help in a local yarn shop or in knitting forums on the internet.

How your pattern is delivered

When you buy a digital pattern from Wool n Wonder, you get the opportunity to download the pattern immediately after completing the purchase. You will also receive an email with a link to download the pattern immediately after the order is completed.

As the pattern is sent digitally, it is important that you enter the correct email address when paying. Therefore, double check that the information you enter is correct.

Problems downloading patterns

If you are having trouble opening the file(s) for your pattern, try opening them in a different browser. If you're trying to open it on your phone or tablet, try from a computer instead. The problem often lies in your operating system or in possible firewalls.
